Well, is it Love or isn’t it?

You don’t have to guess anymore!    No more trying to put Love into different categories such as Eros (romantic),  Philia (brotherly), or Agape (spiritual).  Either it is Love or it is not.   Love isn’t about feelings or emotions, and it’s not about physical urges.  It’s something much more tangible, realistic and even mathematical!

Thanks to the recent publication of, The Technology of Love, by Charles E. Hansen, there is a new science, the science of Love.  For the first time, an exact template is revealed for living the Golden Rule.  At last, the most powerful of forces, its causes and its elements have been defined and organized.

Don’t let the mathematical or scientific terminology scare you away.  These terms are used to explore the depth, perfection and universality of Love.  It becomes even more fantastic and life changing when you understand how Love works!  Listen to our podcast, Episode 1,  at the end of the post for more explanation on this.

In order for Love to occur, there are specific factors that have to be in place.  These are referred to as  “basic requirements” and there are 4 of them.  The 4 basic requirements of all Love are identical and without them Love cannot occur;  not for your spouse, your child, your brother/sister, your cat or your football team.

The first basic requirement of Love is RESPECT, and we’ll be taking an in-depth look at it in our next post.  But right now, we want to ask the following questions:

Have you ever thought about how to explain what Love is?  How have you defined Love?

We look forward to your comments and discussion.
